When applying the Chain of Custody Core Labor Requirements, Greca take due account of the rights and obligations established by national legislation, whilst fulfilling the objectives of the requirements.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.2. Greca do not use child labor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.2.1 Greca do not employ workers under the age of 15 or under the minimum age as set out in national or local laws or regulations, whichever age is higher, except as specified in 7.2.2<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.2.2 In countries where national laws or regulations permit the employment of persons aged 13 to 15 in light work, such employment must not interfere with schooling or be harmful to health or development. Notably, where children are subject to compulsory education laws, they must work only outside school hours during normal office hours.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.2.3 No person under the age of 18 is employed in hazardous or heavy work except for training purposes in accordance with approved national laws and regulations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.2.4 Greca prohibit the worst forms of child labor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.3. Greca eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.3.1 Working relationships are voluntary and based on mutual consent, without the threat of penalty.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.3.2 There is no evidence of practices indicative of forced or compulsory labor, including, among others, the following:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Physical and sexual violence<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Forced labour<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Wage withholding\/including payment of employment fees and\/or payment of deposit to commence employment<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Mobility\/movement restriction<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Retention of passport and identity documents<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">\u2022 Threats of reporting to authorities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.4. Greca guarantee that there is no discrimination in employment and occupation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.4.1 Employment and occupation practices are not discriminatory.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"473\">7.5.
